If you are seeking a vacation of luxury, spectacular nature and culture, Manor Crouanques is the place to go. Crouanques dates from the 11th century and is set on 56 hectares (140 acres) of land. It is fully renovated to the highest standard. The historic town of Céret is less than 19km away, the renowned coastal town of Collioure is 50km away and the azure shores of the Mediterranean and beaches are within 1 hour driving distance too. 10 min further up the mountain you will find the picturesque village, Saint Marsal, with an excellent small bakery and convenience store.
If you'd prefer to stay closer to home, be sure to roam the extensive forests and fields that surround this stunning property, with paths that lead straight into the mountain. It may come as no surprise, therefore, that the holiday home is ideal for fans of hiking, mountain biking (bikes are available for hire) and sight-seeing. If you want to explore Northern Spain, Costa Brava is only an hour away and the bustling city of Barcelona a two hour drive away.

The manor sleeps 12 persons: 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have single beds and 4 bedrooms have double beds (one of which can be converted to two single beds). The living rooms is spacious (75 sq m – 700 sq ft) with three double doors leading to a balcony with sweeping views over the valley. A beautiful dining room that sits 12 people, a large country kitchen, a family room with a smart TV. Outside you will find a 12m swimming pool from where you will enjoy spectacular mountain views and a boole/petanque court.

The property is suiting for rental all year around as it has central heating in all rooms. Heating, water, electricity is included in the rent. Bedlinen and towels and final cleaning are for free. Change of bedlinen, extra cleaning etc. during your stay can be organized at an extra charge.
