The historic town of Céret, once home to Pablo Picasso with a beautiful museum and pictoreque Saturday market is less than 19km away. The renowned coastal town of Collioure is 50km away and the azure shores of the Mediterranean and beaches are within 1 hour driving distance too. 10 min further up the mountain you will find the picturesque village, Saint Marsal, with an excellent small bakery and convenience store.

Extensive forests and fields surround this stunning property, with paths that lead straight into the mountain. It may come as no surprise, therefore, that the holiday home is ideal for fans of hiking and mountain biking.
The historic city of Perpignan is 45 min away. Northern Spain, Costa Brava is only an hour away and the bustling city of Barcelona a two hour drive away.

The Residence sleeps 6 persons: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been beautifully furnished combining antiques furnishings and modern comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished in antique marble. Everything in this villa has is high end and has been done to the highest standard. Two of the bedrooms have king size double beds and one bedroom is with two single beds. The living and dining room is very large (70sq m – 700 sq ft) with beautiful high ceilings. The private terrace is due South and benefits from stunning vistas. with an outdoor grill and setting from where you can. 50m above the property you will find a 12m swimming pool from where you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the valley. There is a petanque court next to the pool.

The property is suited for rental all year around as it has central heating in all rooms. Heating, water, electricity is included in the rent. Bedlinen and towels are included. Bedlinen and towels and final cleaning are for free. Change of bedlinen, cleaning etc. during your stay can be organized at an extra charge.
